How do we Start?
Once you have decided to look into the property market in Tuscany we will send you a detailed questionnaire which will help us to make up a suitable short list of properties meeting your requirements. The questions are carefully planned and divided into 'essential' and 'desirable' to incorporate your ideas whilst giving some flexibility of choice on certain issues. At this point, if you decide to use our services, we will ask you to enter into a simple agreement with us and a registration fee of £500 + VAT will be payable. Once this is in place we will begin working on your behalf. |

Our staff in Italy will visit a range of properties within your chosen criteria and send you photographs and descriptions (warts and all) to give you the opportunity of deciding what you would actually like to see. Once a short list has been drawn up we will make arrangements for your visit. We can arrange suitable accommodation and make appointments to see the selected properties. You will be met at the airport and accompanied by our bilingual staff during property viewings. Please be assured that we will not be there to 'sell' but simply to answer questions and give advice or ideas if required. |
